A new US Government program for 1st time homebuyers (haven't owned a home in the last 3 years) is now in force. You must CLOSE on your home purchase BEFORE December 1st, 2009. DON"T WAIT! October and November are going to be VERY BUSY for lenders and Relators getting deals to close!
